How do I reset my password?
Head to /forgot-password, enter your email, and we’ll send you a one-time code to set a new password.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in, go to /account, and click Cancel Subscription. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
Which countries can I use Chef Happens in?
Chef Happens is launching in Australia, New Zealand, and India. Support for other markets is on the roadmap.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment info is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1) — we never see your card details.
Can I export my recipes and pantry?
Data export is coming in the account settings soon. Meanwhile, you can request an export by emailing [email protected] and we’ll deliver it within 30 days.
How do I delete my account?
Go to /account and click Delete Account. Deletion is scheduled with a 14-day grace period during which you can restore. After 14 days, all your data is permanently removed.
