The small print.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — from your Account page in the app or on the web. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, no penalties.
Do you charge me during the trial?
No. We only charge on day 15 (Sous) or day 31 (Head). We'll email you a reminder 48 hours before the first charge.
What happens to my saved recipes if I downgrade?
Everything stays. Your pantry, saved recipes, and history are yours. You just lose access to the tier-locked features.
Do prices include GST/tax?
Yes — AU and NZ prices include 10% and 15% GST respectively. India pricing includes 18% GST. What you see is what you pay.
Is my card safe?
We never store your card details. All payments run through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We only see the last 4 digits.
